Scrapbooks of Washington’s 13th Secretary of State, Ralph Munro, are available online at the Digital Archives!

The Washington State Archives has digitized, cataloged, and made available online a collection of five historical scrapbooks curated by Ralph Munro, Washington’s 13th Secretary of State. These records offer insight into Munro’s 20-year journey in the realm of state government. 

The collection encompasses Munro’s formative years as a politically engaged student at Western Washington University, his campaign for Secretary of State in 1980, his inaugural term in office starting in 1981, and the observance of Washington’s Centennial in 1989.
